Choose your cooperation route

Distributors normally combine three routes, as described on the OEM and ODM page: standard models resold as listed, your own brand on a standard battery, and a configuration built around your market. The table shows what is fixed, what you can choose and what only the quotation settles.

GroupParameterValueStatus
Standard routeResell models as listedModel pages for the 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V (51.2V) and 51.2V (48V class) ranges; voltage class, capacity and energy (V × Ah) are fixed by the model page[Industry reference]
OEM routeYour brand on a standard or lightly configured batteryLogo, labels, packaging, manuals and documents under your brand. Appearance, color and logo customizable per customer request[Optional configuration]
ODM routeA configuration built for your marketVoltage, capacity, BMS behaviour, communication profile, enclosure, connectors, self-heating[Optional configuration] · [Confirmed per project]
Development itemsNew housing or mould, changed internal configurationQuoted separately from unit price[Confirmed per project]
CommercialMOQ, price, lead time, warranty, paymentMOQ follows the model, the branding depth and the order stage; standard payment is bank transfer (T/T) with terms confirmed per order[Confirmed per project]

Plan your range by market segment

Pick the segments you already sell into and start each with one or two models. Add models as the market responds; the same written specification is used for every reorder.

Private label, packaging and documents

Private label means your logo, labels, packaging and manuals on the battery, prepared from your artwork and confirmed per project. EU brand owners and assemblers should read the role and date tables on the 12.8V private-label program page before choosing a label scheme. For the commercial side of building a brand, see OEM and private label batteries and how to start your own LiFePO4 battery brand.

From sample to repeat order

None of these steps carries a published number. Minimums, price, lead time and sample terms are written into the quotation for your models. The same steps, and how specifications are checked, are set out on the About Us page.

  1. Send your target range. Models, estimated volume per model and your market. If the range is not defined yet, send the applications and price segment and a starting line-up is proposed.
  2. Receive the written specification and quotation. Electrical specification, BMS configuration, housing and labeling are confirmed in writing before production.
  3. Evaluate a sample. Samples are quoted as samples; read how MOQ, samples and trial orders work.
  4. Place a trial order. The entry minimum for each model is stated in the quotation.
  5. Reorder against the same specification. Repeat orders reference the original written specification; if a component change is unavoidable it is raised with you before it reaches an order.

Warranty, after-sales and import compliance

Agree warranty and RMA clauses before the first order. The warranty terms guide explains the four ways a warranty is written and how to compare two quotations. No warranty period is promised on this page; it is stated in the quotation and order documents. To see how those terms change the cost of a lower quote, read a worked example.

Import rules differ by market. Start with the guides for Africa, Saudi Arabia and the UAE and Pakistan, and use the landed cost calculator to estimate duties and freight. Market pages: Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, UAE, Pakistan, Australia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand.

New to the Battery Business? Start Small. Grow Together.

Distribution is often the first step into the battery business. We welcome inquiries from first-time battery resellers and growing businesses. Sample and small-batch sourcing options depend on the product, configuration, and supplier availability.
