Custom Battery Solutions

Need something specific? LJY Energy is a China-based LiFePO4 battery supplier and OEM/ODM solutions provider; production capacity, stock and lead time are confirmed per order. Voltage, capacity, BMS and enclosure requirements are coordinated per project. Custom projects are handled through our OEM & ODM program.

Custom Packs, Configured per Project

Most custom requests start from a proven platform, not a blank sheet. You define the application and the electrical target; we configure the pack around it and confirm every option in writing before anything is produced.

Configurable per project: voltage platform, capacity and cell format, BMS and protection, CAN / RS485 / Bluetooth communication, enclosure and dimensions, connectors and cabling, display and monitoring, logo and labels, packaging and documentation. Depending on configuration, some combinations need engineering confirmation before they can be quoted — contact us with your target spec and we will confirm what is feasible.

Common starting platforms are the 12V LiFePO4 battery series and the 51.2V rack LiFePO4 series. Which options are standard, which you can choose and which are confirmed per project is set out in the battery configuration guide.

Two routes are already productized if they fit your project: the 12V OEM battery block for brands and integrators, and the 12.8V private-label program for RV and marine battery brands.

If a standard model already meets your specification, that is the faster route: start from the product catalog and ask us to confirm the match in writing.

How It Works

  • Tell us your requirements — voltage, capacity, application and volume.
  • We configure the solution — cells, BMS, enclosure and labeling to your specification.
  • OEM & ODM support — your brand on proven platforms, or fully custom design.

What to send with your custom request

To confirm a configuration in writing, send what you have — a complete specification is not required to start:

  1. Application — what the battery will power, and any equipment it must work with (inverter, charger or controller model, if known).
  2. Voltage and capacity — target voltage platform, and capacity (Ah) or energy (kWh).
  3. Space and enclosure — maximum dimensions, mounting position, and any enclosure or protection requirements.
  4. BMS and communication — continuous and peak current, and whether you need CAN, RS485, Bluetooth or a display.
  5. Quantities — sample quantity, trial order, and the regular volume you expect if the trial passes.
  6. Branding — logo, labels, packaging and documentation under your brand, if required.
  7. Target market and documents — your destination market and any documents your importer or channel requires (for example UN38.3, SDS or IEC 62133 documentation; availability is confirmed per model and project).
  8. Delivery — destination port and your preferred trade terms.
  9. Timeline — when samples are needed and when regular orders would start.

Every option is confirmed against your project before anything is produced; anything that cannot be confirmed is flagged in writing rather than assumed.

Prefer to start with standard models in volume? That is the simplest route. See the product catalog, the OEM/ODM services page and the wholesale distributor program.

Before you send it: check your request against our free LiFePO4 Import Checklist, 12 sourcing mistakes we see from the coordinator’s side, each with the evidence to ask for.

Procurement FAQ (sample, certs, RFQ)

Custom work is quoted in stages — sample, pilot, then production. Logo-only branding is not the same commercial path as new tooling or a new enclosure; both are confirmed in writing, not as fixed MOQ numbers on this page. See the MOQ & sample order guide.

Certificate files must match the exact configuration you will ship. Who holds the certificate (importer vs manufacturing partner) and whether a change voids an existing file is confirmed per project — overview in the certification verification guide. LJY Energy is a supplier and OEM/ODM coordinator, not a claimed owned factory.

In your RFQ, send application, voltage/capacity targets, BMS/communication needs, estimated volume band, destination market, and any document pack you need named in the quote.
