About Us

Who We Are

LJY Energy is a China-based LiFePO4 battery supply-chain and OEM/ODM solutions provider, based in Shenzhen. We supply standard LiFePO4 batteries in volume, add your brand to them (OEM), and coordinate batteries configured around your equipment (ODM) for overseas distributors, wholesalers, installers and equipment makers.

ljyenergy.com is the official website of LJY Energy, and our primary channel for product information, technical resources and B2B inquiries.

Our Role in the Supply Chain

Batteries are produced by partner manufacturers. LJY Energy is the buyer-facing side of the chain: we communicate requirements with overseas buyers, confirm specifications in writing, coordinate the supply chain, and support orders and export. You deal with one contact from the first inquiry to the shipping documents.

The producing entity, and the entity named on each certificate or test report, is stated in the quotation, so that every document can be checked against the goods you are buying. The answer to “who produces and who is responsible for the specification” is also set out in the OEM/ODM FAQ.

What We Supply

  • Standard models in volume. 12V, 24V and 48V (51.2V) LiFePO4 batteries for storage, mobility and industrial use, held to the same confirmed specification across repeat orders. Start from the product catalog.
  • OEM branding. Your logo, rating labels, packaging and manuals on a standard or lightly configured battery.
  • ODM configuration coordination. Voltage, capacity, BMS behaviour, communication protocol, enclosure and connectors configured around your application and confirmed line by line. The routes are explained on the OEM/ODM page.
  • Flexible sourcing. Finished batteries, enclosures, and components such as cells, BMS, modules and harness, depending on the project. The quotation separates the existing standard configuration, customizable options and items still to be confirmed.
  • Repeat-order support. Once a specification is confirmed, later orders refer to the same document; a change is raised and re-confirmed, not substituted silently.

How We Work

  1. Inquiry. You send the application, target voltage and capacity, quantity, destination country and any equipment the battery must work with, such as the inverter or charger model. Use the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
  2. Specification confirmation. We propose a configuration and confirm the electrical, BMS, communication, enclosure, labeling and packaging points in writing. Anything not yet confirmed stays marked as confirmed per project.
  3. Sample or pilot order. Where it helps, a sample can be arranged so you can check fit and communication in your own system. Sample scope and terms are agreed per project; see how MOQ, samples and trial orders work.
  4. Order. Production by the partner manufacturer follows the confirmed specification. Price, minimum quantity, lead time and payment terms are confirmed per order. T/T bank transfer is the standard payment method.
  5. Export documents and shipment. Export packing, Incoterm and port are agreed in advance. Dangerous-goods documents for lithium batteries, such as the UN38.3 test summary and the safety data sheet, are requested and confirmed for each shipment; they are not blanket certificates.
  6. Repeat orders. Later orders are held to the original written specification.

How We Verify Specifications

Every specification table on this site marks each line with a status, so you can see what is established and what is not:

  • [Industry reference]: a typical value for this type of battery, taken from public sources or industry norms. It is not a measured result for a specific shipment.
  • [Optional configuration]: an option that can be configured on request.
  • [Confirmed per project]: confirmed in writing in your quotation, not before.

Some older pages also use [Competitor public], which always carries a source link, and [To confirm]. Public values are labelled as references and are never presented as our own test data.

Before a figure is published we also check it:

  • Energy arithmetic. Nominal voltage multiplied by capacity must equal the stated energy. For example 51.2V x 100Ah = 5.12kWh, and 12.8V x 100Ah = 1.28kWh. A 51.2V pack is written as “51.2V (48V class)”.
  • BMS rating before inverter claims. Matching voltage is not treated as compatibility. Continuous and peak current rating, and the CAN or RS485 communication profile, are confirmed against your inverter model before a battery is described as supported. We do not publish blanket inverter compatibility lists.
  • Datasheet on request. Ask for the specification sheet of your exact configuration, and for the certificate or test report that applies to it. Check the model, the named entity, the laboratory, the report number and the validity date. The method is in the guide on how to verify supplier certifications.

Supply Chain and Quality Coordination

Quality expectations are written into the specification and the quotation for each project: electrical parameters, BMS protection settings, labeling, packaging and the documents that apply to your exact model. What is confirmed per quotation, and not published as a general claim on this site, includes price, minimum order quantity, lead time, warranty terms, test reports and certificates, and the producing entity.

We suggest agreeing acceptance criteria and incoming inspection before you order, and verifying any supplier, including us, with the same checks. See how to verify a LiFePO4 battery supplier in China and the incoming inspection guide. Before you pay, confirm that the company name on the quotation or proforma invoice matches the bank beneficiary name.
