This is a procurement checklist for golf-cart dealers, conversion shops, and fleet buyers who need a usable multi-unit quote. Do not invent MOQ, list price, lead time, or certification marks on this page — those are confirmed on the quote for your cart mix and destination.

  • Current battery set (lead-acid / lithium) + tray photo or L×W×H
  • Daily use: holes or km, hills / utility bed, lifted or stock
  • Qty band: sample / pilot / seasonal restock / annual fleet
  • Destination country + Incoterm preference

  • System voltage class needed: 36V / 48V (51.2V nominal LiFePO4) / 72V
  • Controller make/model/amp (stock or upgraded) — ask, do not guess continuous/peak from a brochure
  • Charging plan: keep / replace / bypass onboard charger (Club Car OBC note if relevant)
  • Site power: 110V / 220V; charger model if already chosen
  • Regen into pack? (yes / no / unknown) — mark TBD if unsure
  • 12V accessories / DC-DC need; SOC display / Bluetooth / CAN dash

Brand-specific conversion traps (RXV OV history, OBC bypass) belong in the engineering guide — copy the symptom into the RFQ; do not invent thresholds here.

  • Private-label / branding: none / label only / full OEM
  • Sample need (yes/no) and decision timeline

Is this the same as the conversion guides?

No. Those pages explain what changes on the cart. This page lists what a dealer or fleet buyer must send so purchasing can get a quote without email loops.

Can I RFQ without tray photos?

Yes for a first reply — mark tray “TBD” and attach photos before fitment is confirmed. Do not treat a catalogue thumbnail as a drop-in guarantee.

Do you publish dealer MOQ or FOB here?
