Product Overview

A 60V-class 100Ah LiFePO4 traction battery for electric rickshaws, e-trikes, passenger and cargo three-wheelers, and similar low-speed commercial EVs. It is aimed at assemblers, fleet operators and distributors in India, Bangladesh, Africa and Southeast Asia who need a repeat OEM/ODM SKU rather than a one-off custom pack.

LJY Energy supplies this model as an OEM/ODM configurable build: series configuration (19S ≈ 60.8V or 20S ≈ 64V), BMS current, connectors, GPS/telemetry and branding are set per project. Start with the application guide 48V/60V LiFePO4 Batteries for E-Rickshaws & Electric Three-Wheelers if you are still choosing voltage class, or go straight to the 51.2V (48V class) 100Ah e-rickshaw battery if your vehicle runs a 48V controller.

Appearance, color and logo customizable per customer request.

Specifications

How to read Status: [LJY confirmed] = confirmed for LJY OEM/ODM supply (written). [Competitor public] = seen on competitor pages (structure/reference only — not LJY-verified). [Industry reference] = common industry practice. [To confirm] = fixed only in the datasheet issued with your quotation. Arithmetic: energy = nominal voltage × Ah.

Optional configurations (OEM/ODM)

LJY Energy supplies this model as an OEM/ODM configurable build. The items below are configured per customer project — they are not fixed catalog defaults.

  • Series count: 19S (≈60.8V) or 20S (≈64V) matched to the vehicle controller window — [LJY confirmed] configurable.
  • BMS current rating: sized to continuous and peak controller draw — [LJY confirmed] configurable.
  • GPS / telemetry BMS: fleet GPS or remote SOC/data options — [To confirm] availability per project.
  • Swap-compatible pack design: mechanical and connector layout for battery-swap stations — [To confirm] per fleet design (see guide).
  • Communications: Bluetooth, RS485 or CAN where the vehicle needs it — [LJY confirmed] configurable.
  • Self-heating / low-temp charge protection: for cold-climate fleets — [To confirm].
  • Branding & packaging: case color, logo, labels, manuals — Appearance, color and logo customizable per customer request.

BMS, communication & protection

The BMS must match the motor controller, not only the Ah rating. Undersized continuous or peak current causes cut-outs on hills and with full loads.

BMS sizing guide

Load / use case Suggested BMS rating
Light passenger e-rickshaw, moderate routes ≈100A continuous BMS (confirm controller max)
Cargo / loader three-wheelers, hilly routes Higher continuous/peak BMS per controller datasheet
Fleet with mixed controllers Specify each controller model in the inquiry

Send the controller model and its published continuous/peak current. GPS/telemetry and swap designs are optional configurations, not defaults.

Size, handling & fitment

Vehicle battery boxes differ by chassis brand. Send L×W×H, hold-downs and connector drawings. Final dimensions and weight are To Be Confirmed.

Weight is a shipping and handling factor for fleets (competitor public packs in this class are often ~50–65 kg). Confirm packing needs in the RFQ.

Series options: 100 / 150 / 200Ah (60V class)

The 60V platform scales the same way. Choose 19S (60.8V) or 20S (64V) to match the controller. Energy = nominal voltage × Ah.

Capacity 19S energy (60.8V × Ah) 20S energy (64.0V × Ah) Typical use class (industry reference)
100Ah 6.08kWh 6.4kWh Standard passenger e-rickshaw / e-trike
150Ah 9.12kWh 9.6kWh Longer shifts, heavier loads
200Ah 12.16kWh 12.8kWh Cargo three-wheelers and multi-shift

Frequently Asked Questions

Is “60V” 60.8V or 64V?

Both appear in the market. 19S LiFePO4 is about 60.8V nominal; 20S is about 64V. The series count must match your controller — we configure it per project.

Can you include GPS or fleet telemetry?

GPS/telemetry BMS options can be configured for OEM/ODM projects when required. Availability and protocol are confirmed per inquiry.

Do you support battery swapping?

Swap-compatible mechanical and connector layouts can be designed around your station design. They are not a fixed catalog feature.

What about charging below 0°C?

Industry practice is to block LiFePO4 charging near 0°C cell temperature. Self-heating is an optional configuration — confirm if you need it.

Are certifications included?

UN38.3 / MSDS / CE and other market files are coordinated per order and destination. We do not list unconfirmed certificates as standard.

How is MOQ set?

MOQ is confirmed per project stage — sample, pilot and production — and depends on cells, tooling and branding scope. Logo-only changes usually differ from new-tooling projects.

Which certificates apply to this model?

Certificate scope is confirmed per model and per order. Custom changes can affect scope, so we confirm it before quotation. No certificates are claimed on this page.
