BMS, communication & protection
Lead-acid conversions often fail because the BMS is sized to Ah rather than to the controller. Fully loaded pull-away and hill starts drive the peak current.

Size, handling & fitment
Most 48V rickshaws carry 4×12V lead-acid blocks in a fixed bay. Send the bay L×W×H and the connector type so the enclosure can be laid out. Final dimensions and weight are To Be Confirmed.
A 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 pack is usually far lighter than the lead-acid set it replaces, which helps payload and handling. Confirm the shipping weight in the quotation.
Series options: 100 / 150 / 200Ah (48V class)

A 16S LiFePO4 pack is 51.2V nominal and is sold as 48V class. Some market packs use 15S (≈48V). We configure the series count to your controller.
Can it replace 4×12V lead-acid batteries?
Yes, in most 48V vehicles, provided the controller voltage window, the charger (58.4V LiFePO4 profile) and the bay dimensions are confirmed.
How is MOQ set?
