Warehouse fleets buy lithium traction batteries for equipment that moves goods — pallet trucks, walkies, counterbalance and reach forklifts, order pickers, tow tractors, AGVs/AMRs, and floor-care machines. This guide helps fleet buyers and dealers write a usable RFQ and land on the right LJY series page. Most warehouse RFQs fail because the first message says “need forklift battery” without truck class or nominal voltage. Use the live series pages below as orientation — confirm compartment and truck model on the quote:

If the truck nameplate voltage is unclear, photograph the nameplate and existing battery label — do not guess Ah or “80V vs 48V” from a brochure photo.

• Average vs peak amp draw if the truck OEM publishes it (else “TBD — supplier model from duty”)
• Opportunity charging windows (breaks, lunch, between waves) vs end-of-shift only
• Charger brand + model already on site (or “greenfield — propose”)
• Cold / freezer aisle duty? (charge vs discharge ambient if different)

Do not invent continuous/peak ratings or charge rates on the RFQ — mark unknowns TBD.

3. Prostor, role hmotnosti a komunikace vozíku

• Battery compartment L×W×H and photos (empty compartment + existing pack if swapping)
• Whether the pack is part of the truck’s counterweight / stability envelope (yes / no / unknown)
• Connector / tray / roller interface notes
• Required truck communication (SOC, interlocks, fault codes) — OEM make + model + year

Protocol and firmware confirmation belong on the engineered quotation for that truck, not as a generic claim on this guide.

Series pages may show capacity classes for orientation — treat them as starting points until your compartment and duty are checked.
