Product Overview

An 80V-class 400Ah LiFePO4 traction battery for 80V counterbalance forklifts, replacing flooded lead-acid trays. Forklift dealers, rental fleets and battery service companies re-order standard sizes truck model by truck model, which makes 80V 400Ah one of the most repeated lithium conversion SKUs.

BMS, communication & protection

Forklift duty combines lifting peaks with regenerative braking. The BMS must cover both the motor controller peak and regen charge current.

Size, handling & fitment

Measure the battery compartment (L×W×H) and read the minimum battery weight from the truck data plate. Lithium is much lighter than lead-acid, so ballast is often needed to keep truck stability — confirmed per project.

Final dimensions, weight and connector positions are fixed in the project drawing.

Why add counterweight?
