Most “custom battery” inquiries stall because the first message only says “need OEM LiFePO4, send price.” A usable RFQ states the electrical duty, mechanical envelope, communication needs, and document pack the buyer’s own approval gate requires. This page is a checklist you can copy into your inquiry. 1. Elektriksel zarf (zorunlu)

Copy into your RFQ:

• Nominal system voltage (e.g. 12.8V / 25.6V / 51.2V class) and cell series count if already decided
• Usable capacity target (Ah or kWh) and depth-of-discharge assumption
• Continuous discharge current and peak / surge current with duration
• Charge current limit and charger / inverter brand+model if known
• Ambient operating temperature range (charge vs discharge if different)
• Cycle-life expectation stated as duty (daily cycles × years), not a marketing number

Do not invent numbers you do not have — mark fields “TBD” and we will propose options.

2. Mekanik ve kurulum

• Max L×W×H and max weight
• Mount style: rack (U height), wall, floor, mobile / vehicle, embedded OEM cavity
• IP / enclosure expectation (indoor cabinet vs outdoor)
• Connector / terminal preference (Anderson, M8, harness drawing attachment welcome)
• Cooling: passive, forced air, liquid — or “supplier propose”

3. BMS, haberleşme ve entegrasyon

• Required protections (OV/UV/OT/UT/OC, short-circuit)
• Comms: CAN / RS485 / SMBUS / dry contact / none
• Protocol notes (e.g. must talk to named inverter) — attach OEM protocol sheet if you have it
• Parallel / series of packs: yes/no, max count
• SOC display / host UI needs

4. Uyum ve belge paketi (alıcı listesi)

List only documents your market or customer gate requires. Examples buyers often request (not a claim that any specific cert is already on a shelf for every SKU):

• Cell datasheet + pack wiring diagram
• UN38.3 / MSDS / shipping classification support for the finished pack configuration
• IEC / UL / regional marks if your tender lists them
• Sample test plan and factory inspection rights

If a document is mandatory for your tender, say so in the RFQ. Do not assume a catalogue page equals an approved file.

5. Teklifi açan ticari alanlar

• Target annual / first-order quantity bands (ranges OK: pilot / 100 / 500+)
• Destination country and Incoterm preference
• Private-label / branding: none / label only / full OEM
• Decision timeline and sample need (yes/no)

7. LJY RFQ’nuzu nasıl kullanır

We map your fields to existing module families where possible, or flag a true custom path via OEM/ODM. If a field is missing, we ask once with a short list — not a long questionnaire. Pricing, MOQ and lead time are quoted per project after the electrical/mechanical envelope is clear; they are not published as catalogue defaults on this page.

Yes — send duty + envelope + “TBD” on connectors; we return a clarification list.

Do you only do full custom?

No. Many “custom” needs are configurable options on standard 12.8V / 25.6V / 51.2V platforms — see the custom solutions hub.
