LJY-24V-PT-SERIES 24V 105-300Ah LiFePO4 pallet truck and walkie stacker battery series, front view, white background
Appearance, color and logo customizable per customer request.

Product Overview

An OEM/ODM series of 25.6V (24V class) LiFePO4 batteries for electric pallet trucks, pallet jacks, walkie stackers and order pickers — the most common lithium replacement in warehouse fleets. Dealers and fleet service companies re-order the same few capacities truck model by truck model.

This page is the product series for pallet-truck formats. For broader material-handling background read the 24V material-handling guide; for generic 24V models see the 24V LiFePO4 series; for larger trucks see the 48V and 80V forklift series; for robots see AGV/AMR batteries.

Appearance, color and logo customizable per customer request.

Series ladder: 105 / 150 / 205 / 300Ah (24V class)

Energy = nominal voltage × Ah. Reference configurations only — not measured results.

Capacity 8S energy (25.6V × Ah) Typical use class (industry reference)
105Ah 2.688kWh Light-duty pallet jacks, small stackers
150Ah 3.84kWh Electric pallet trucks, walkie stackers
205Ah 5.248kWh Heavy pallet trucks, order pickers
300Ah 7.68kWh Tow tractors, long-shift stackers

Specifications

How to read Status — three classes: [Industry reference] = standard reference parameter common to this product class (not an LJY test result). [Optional configuration] = configurable per OEM/ODM project (BMS communication, parallel/series setup, heating, enclosure, logo). [Confirmed per project] = fixed only in the datasheet issued with your quotation. Arithmetic: energy = nominal voltage × Ah.

Group Parameter Value Status
Electrical Voltage class 25.6V nominal (8S), 24V class [Industry reference]
Electrical Capacity ladder 105 / 150 / 205 / 300Ah (see series table) [Industry reference]
Electrical Energy check 25.6V × Ah (e.g. 150Ah = 3.84kWh, 205Ah = 5.248kWh) [Industry reference] — arithmetic
Electrical Continuous / peak discharge Sized to the truck controller (start-stop duty) [Confirmed per project]
BMS Protections Over-charge/discharge, over-current, short-circuit, temperature, balancing [Industry reference]
BMS Communication CAN to truck, RS485 to display/charger — per project [Optional configuration]
BMS Telematics / SOC display Bluetooth, 4G, display [Optional configuration]
Thermal Self-heating (cold store) Available on request [Optional configuration]
Mechanical Tray dimensions / weight Matched to the truck compartment (BCI/DIN tray reference) [Confirmed per project]
Mechanical Connectors / enclosure REMA / Anderson-type; steel case; ballast if required [Optional configuration]
Cells Cell brand / traceability Stated per order [Confirmed per project]
Commercial Certificates / MOQ / lead time / warranty Per model and order [Confirmed per project]

Optional configurations (OEM/ODM)

LJY Energy supplies this model as an OEM/ODM configurable build. The items below are configured per customer project — they are not fixed catalog defaults.

  • Capacity: 105 / 150 / 205 / 300Ah or custom Ah to fit a tray.
  • Communication: CAN / RS485 protocol set to the truck and charger.
  • Connectors and case: REMA / Anderson-type, steel enclosure, ballast.
  • Self-heating for cold-store use — available on request.
  • Branding: Appearance, color and logo customizable per customer request.

BMS, communication & protection

Pallet trucks run frequent start-stop duty with short peaks, and often opportunity-charge on breaks. The BMS and charger must be matched to the truck.

BMS sizing guide

Load / use case Suggested BMS rating
Single-shift pallet jack BMS sized to controller peak; standard charger
Multi-shift with opportunity charging Higher charge current and charger CAN per project
Cold store Self-heating option

Send truck brand/model, existing battery tray size and weight, connector type and charger model.

Size, handling & fitment

Tray size and minimum weight come from the truck; lithium is lighter than lead-acid, so ballast may be needed. Final dimensions are fixed in the project drawing.

24V pallet trucks are not interchangeable with 36V/48V trucks.

Applications

  • Electric pallet trucks and pallet jacks
  • Walkie stackers and order pickers
  • Tow tractors and light-duty trucks
  • Dealer replacement SKUs and rental fleets

Application limits

  • Truck-specific fit — no universal drop-in claim.
  • Charger must use a LiFePO4 profile.
  • Truck OEM approvals are not claimed.
