LiFePO4 BMS Supply & OEM Integration for Equipment Makers

Battery management systems sourced and integrated with your LiFePO4 packs — specified with the battery, not bolted on afterwards.

Why BMS Sourcing Belongs With the Battery Order

Most pack failures blamed on cells are actually integration failures: a BMS whose protection thresholds, current rating, or communication protocol do not match the cells, the charger, or the host equipment. When the BMS is sourced separately from the battery, nobody owns that match. We supply BMS units together with the cells and packs they protect, so the protection configuration is specified once, in writing, against the actual battery it will run with.

What We Supply

  • Protection BMS for standard packs — for 12V, 24V, and 48V/51.2V LiFePO4 batteries across our product ranges, configured for the pack’s capacity and discharge profile.
  • High-current configurations — for traction and equipment applications (forklifts, aerial work platforms, cleaning machines, AGV/AMR), where continuous and peak current profiles are defined by the machine, not the catalog.
  • Communication-enabled BMS — CAN / RS485 configurations for systems that must report state of charge and alarms to an inverter, charger, or vehicle controller. Protocol details are confirmed per project against the host equipment.
  • Cells + BMS kits for assemblers — matched cell and BMS supply for buyers who build their own packs, through our battery cells page.

How an Integration Project Runs

  1. Send the host profile. Equipment type, pack voltage and capacity, continuous and peak current, charger type, and any communication the host expects (inverter, display, or controller).
  2. Written configuration. The BMS specification — protection thresholds, current ratings, communication setup, and harness/connector arrangement — is confirmed in writing together with the battery specification, before production.
  3. Matched supply. BMS and battery are specified and matched under one coordinated order, as part of our OEM & ODM coordination.
  4. Repeat supply. The confirmed configuration becomes the standing specification for reorders, so fleet and production volumes stay consistent.

Choosing the Right BMS (Start Here)

If you are still at the selection stage — deciding current rating, protection set, low-temperature behavior, or whether you need communication at all — our BMS selection guide walks through the engineering decisions in detail. Come back to this page when the specification is clear and you need the BMS supplied and integrated with the battery order. Buyers building a full private-label range can combine BMS sourcing with our Wholesale & Distributor Program.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you match a BMS to an inverter or charger I already use?

That is the normal case. Send the inverter or charger model; the communication protocol and charge profile are checked against it, and the resulting configuration is confirmed in writing before you order.

Can the BMS report to my equipment’s controller or display?

CAN and RS485 configurations are available for host integration. What data the host expects determines the configuration, so protocol requirements are part of the project specification, not an afterthought.

Do you sell BMS units on their own?

BMS supply is primarily bundled with cells or packs so the match is guaranteed. Standalone BMS orders for assemblers can be discussed — send the pack specification you are building against.

What do you need from me to quote?

Pack voltage and capacity, continuous and peak current, charger or inverter model, and whether the host needs communication. With those four, we can confirm a configuration and quote.
